We’re seeking a strategic and operationally-minded marketing leader to support a Consumer Product Marketing organization. This role will focus on building foundational systems and processes that drive efficiency, enable seamless collaboration between Brand Marketing and Product teams, and improve campaign execution and measurement.

You’ll be instrumental in driving operational rigor, redefining workflows, and architecting scalable frameworks that empower marketing teams to execute with precision and impact. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings clarity to complexity, and is passionate about operational excellence.

  • Support quarterly planning, team rituals, and documentation to drive transparency and accountability

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $85.00/hr.
