What you'll do

• You will define product positioning and messaging by developing market segmentation, buyer personas, value propositions, competitive positioning, and differentiated messaging based on customer and market insights.
• You gather and leverage market intelligence through customer, prospect, partner, analyst, and competitive research to continuously refine product positioning and identify growth opportunities.
• You lead product go-to-market strategy by planning and supporting product launches, campaigns, events, content, and regional marketing initiatives in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
• You enable sales and partners with product training, sales collateral, demos, battle cards, competitive guidance, and customer success stories to drive revenue growth.
• You communicate product strategy and roadmap by translating product capabilities, vision, and roadmap into compelling customer-facing messaging and ensuring organizational alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or a similar role, ideally within the IT, software, or SaaS industry, with experience in the enterprise segment.
• Strong storytelling skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and the capability to convey complex topics in a clear, compelling, and audience-focused manner.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing market, customer, and product data to derive actionable insights and adapt strategies based on findings.
• A high level of initiative, a hands-on mindset, and a strong sense of ownership to successfully drive go-to-market activities and product initiatives.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Business-fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
