You will act as a technical partner to account managers, supporting the sales cycle by translating complex customer requirements into tailored solutions. Additionally, you will lead customer meetings, workshops, and product demos while managing technical inquiries and proposal responses.
You will define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies by conducting market research and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, you will enable sales and partners with training, collateral, and competitive guidance to drive revenue growth.
Design, develop, and maintain distributed, event-driven systems for highly available global infrastructures. Contribute to the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and technical design to deployment and continuous improvement.
