Marketing · Individual Contributor · Remote-first
Location: Flexible – EMEA-compatible time zone
Employment type: Full-time
Our client is a global technology company (Confidential) specializing in biometric solutions that enable secure, fast, and fully automated remote identity verification.
Powered by proprietary AI and advanced liveness detection algorithms, the company helps organizations prevent identity fraud, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline customer onboarding across highly regulated industries such as banking, fintech, telecom, and government.
The company is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, with additional offices across Europe, Latin America, and Central Asia. It serves clients in over 30 countries, building trust in digital interactions through scalable and privacy-conscious biometric technologies.
They're currently at a key transformation stage, evolving from a start-up mindset to a scalable, structured global organization. As part of this journey, we are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to help shape and accelerate the next phase of growth.
We're looking for a strategic, commercially-minded, and creative individual to lead and own product marketing across every vertical we sell into — with enough technical credibility to hold your own with liveness detection engineers and compliance auditors, and enough standing that Sales, Product, and Executive leadership pull you into their conversations.
You'll personally create flagship content — case studies, thought leadership, launch materials — and direct agencies for support. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports.
Positioning & messaging — own how we talk about every product in every vertical. Surface unmet customer needs and emerging opportunities from the field, and turn them into positioning that stays relevant as the fraud and identity landscape shifts.
Roadmap, priorities & measurement — own the marketing roadmap across our vertical portfolio (banking, fintech, government, KYC/IDV providers), partnering with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership. Track KPIs across campaigns, launches, and enablement, and use that data to set and defend priorities.
GTM & launch execution — build and run go-to-market plans for new products, features, and vertical expansions — from messaging and sales readiness through public launch — working with demand generation and field teams to maximize campaign impact.
Sales enablement — build the battlecards, objection handling, and enablement that position our products as category leaders in live deals.
Content & thought leadership — write and publish case studies, blog posts, and thought-leadership pieces, and direct freelance writers to scale volume — building the engine that establishes the company as a credible voice on identity fraud and deepfake detection.
Technical marketing & competitive intelligence — translate certifications and lab results into materials buyers and analysts trust, and maintain an ongoing view of a competitive landscape where vendor claims move fast.
Seniority: 6+ years in product marketing, including 3+ in security, identity, fraud prevention, or another technical B2B category where buyers demand proof rather than claims.
Technical credibility: working knowledge of biometric liveness detection and anti-spoofing — presentation attack detection (PAD) and injection attack detection (IAD) — and comfort turning certification frameworks into buyer-facing proof points.
Positioning sales trusts: messaging that holds up in live deals and analyst conversations, hands-on battlecard and objection-handling work, and experience running competitive intelligence as an ongoing function rather than a one-off.
An excellent writer: a portfolio of published B2B content — blog, case studies, thought leadership — plus experience directing freelancers or agencies to scale output.
GTM & roadmap experience: partnering with Product and Executive leadership on roadmap alignment, and running launches across multiple products or verticals.
Comfortable owning it alone: sole PMM across every vertical, with no peer to divide the work, using KPI and market-intelligence tools — including AI-assisted research — to drive and defend decisions.
Existing relationships with industry analysts or trade press covering biometrics and identity fraud (e.g. Biometric Update).
Experience joining an earlier-stage or scaling company and building a function from a thin base.
End-to-end ownership of product marketing across every vertical we sell into.
A high-impact role shaping positioning, launches, and how the market understands our category.
Direct access to Product, Sales, and Executive leadership — your work reaches the market, not a queue.
Deep exposure to a fast-moving technical category: liveness detection, deepfakes, and identity fraud.
Flexible working hours and a remote-first setup.
Competitive compensation and benefits package.
Performance-based bonus aligned with bi-annual reviews.
