Metricool is a social media management tool that helps professionals, freelancers, and agencies feel in control of their daily work. We don't sell hustle, growth hacks, or magic solutions—we sell clarity, organization, and confidence. Behind every metric, calendar, and report, there's a real person trying to do their job well, and Metricool exists to make that job easier and calmer.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to turn our product strategy into clear, real-world communication. You’ll be the person responsible for ensuring that every new feature reaches our users with the right message, through the right channel, at the exact moment they need it—from their first day using Metricool to their monthly reports.
This role sits within Metricool's Product Marketing team. You’ll sync with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers every day, reporting to the Product Marketing Team Lead. They define the strategy and priorities; your job is to bring them to life, starting with guidance and feedback, and moving toward full autonomy as you get to know the product inside out.
You'll do this 100% remotely, as part of an international team that values clear writing, curious minds, and the satisfaction of seeing a product update land well because someone thought carefully about how to explain it.
Your day-to-day
Keep our user communication moving. You’ll manage our recurring updates: monthly product emails, in-app announcements via Userpilot, and messages that help users discover features they might be missing. You’re not just hitting send; you’re thinking about segmentation, timing, and copy that actually connects.
Make every launch count. When a Product Manager ships a new feature, you ensure it doesn’t go unnoticed. You’ll map out the communication plan, coordinate with the team, set up the tasks in Asana, write the copy, and get it out the door on schedule.
Translate product into human language. You’ll write internal updates to keep the whole company aligned on what we’re building. Your job is to take what the technical team develops and make it clear, relevant, and useful for everyone else.
Run research ops. When the product team needs input to decide what to build next, you’ll design the survey, gather the responses, and share the conclusions. You are the bridge between user feedback and product decisions.
Be the user's voice. You’ll support Product Managers with UX and UI copy, flagging when an in-app message, button, or tooltip could be clearer, more intuitive, or more aligned with how people actually use the platform.
Keep projects unstuck. You’ll follow up on tasks in progress, resolve quick doubts on ongoing initiatives, and make sure documentation stays up to date so nobody loses momentum.
Turn data into a clear story. You’ll build simple dashboards in Amplitude and share the insights with the team—focusing on the behavior behind the numbers, not just the metrics.
Who you are
You write like a human. In English and Spanish, with equal comfort. Whether it's an email subject line, an in-app tooltip, or an internal announcement, your writing is clear, natural, and direct. This is the core of the role.
You are organized by default. You track pending tasks, follow up without being asked, and keep projects on schedule because you naturally build systems to organize your work.
You think like a marketer, feel like a user. You’re curious about why people behave the way they do online. You notice immediately when a message isn’t landing, when a flow feels confusing, or when a feature is misunderstood—and you look for ways to fix it.
You’re comfortable with data. You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you aren’t afraid of a spreadsheet or a dashboard. You naturally ask "why did this happen?" and go look for the answer.
You make coordination look easy. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical profiles, moving conversations forward without creating friction.
You’re autonomous, but team-oriented. You can take a brief and run with it, but you also know exactly when to ask for feedback, flag a blocker, or loop your lead back in.
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or a similar operational role.
Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish. If writing isn't your strong suit, this won't be a good match.
Fluency in English, as you'll coordinate with international stakeholders daily.
Comfort managing basic project timelines and coordinating multiple people.
An analytical mindset—you enjoy looking at data to understand user behavior.
Ability to help shape clear messaging based on product features.
A resident of Spain
Bonus points if:
You have worked closely with product and development teams before.
You’ve been involved in global product launches or go-to-market execution.
You’re familiar with tools like Userpilot, Amplitude, or email marketing platforms.
You’ve designed surveys and synthesized user research before.
What your first months will look like
Month 1: You’ll get to know the product, the team, and our processes. You’ll start learning how Metricool works internally and how to translate technical features into clear language for users. You'll take over your first recurring communication tasks.
Month 3: You’ve shipped your first monthly product update email and in-app announcement independently. You’ve supported at least one feature launch from start to finish. Your lead is reviewing your work for final polish, not rewriting it.
The goal: By month 6, the recurring update calendar runs smoothly under your supervision. By month 12, you’ve delivered at least two user research cycles, built dashboards the team relies on, and allowed your lead to shift their focus from daily execution to long-term strategy.
Why you'll love Metricool
