Serve as the primary point of contact between ePathUSA and CMS Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Program Office stakeholders.
Ensure all contract requirements, deliverables, and performance objectives are met on schedule and within budget.
Monitor contract performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards.
Manage contract modifications, task orders, option periods, and contract closeout activities.
Ensure compliance with all CMS, HHS, FAR, and contract-specific requirements.
Program Oversight:
Provide overall leadership and direction for all personnel supporting the CASA contract.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and performance metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional activities among acquisition, program management, technical, and administrative support teams.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and deliverables.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with CMS stakeholders and program offices.
Lead recurring status meetings, program reviews, and executive briefings.
Provide proactive communication regarding project status, risks, and recommendations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
