- Program management: Manage larger programs affecting various business segments, including direct payments.
- Collaborate with project resources, technical project teams, and product managers.

30-60-90 Day Plan:
- 30 Days: Understand role expectations based on assignment. Identify key stakeholders and clarify their expectations.
- 60 Days: Gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned programs.
- 90 Days: Operate independently, seeking guidance only for immediate needs.

- Ensure accountability for those managing projects (not directly managing but guiding and holding teams accountable).
- Provide high-level support and strategic oversight.
- Engage with development and product teams for project alignment.
- Industry Focus: Payment's sector (payment processing experience, marketing or rebranding efforts is a major plus).
- Experience Level: Mid-level (3-5 years). Proven ability to manage large-scale projects (up to a year in duration).
