AI Summary

You will own the lifecycle growth, retention, and revenue metrics for internal apps by building communication systems from scratch. You will also act as the internal customer for the martech product, defining requirements and driving delivery with engineering and analytics teams.

appflame — a Ukrainian IT company building world-class products: Hily, Taimi, AdConnect.

Who we are today:

  • 7 years on the market, 500+ employees, offices in Kyiv, London, and Limassol, plus a coworking space in Warsaw.
  • In 2025, appflame ranked 5th among Ukraine's 50 best employers according to Forbes and won in the "Place for Growth" category.
  • Our apps Hily and Taimi are among the Top 5 dating apps in the U.S., with over 70 million users. AdConnect and Mailkeeper build and scale our own B2B and B2C solutions.

Our mission: Flame up the world with Ukrainian products.

Our goals:

  • Reach the top 5 product companies in the world.
  • Become a unicorn — and turn Ukraine into a country where unicorns are born and thrive.

We're looking for daring, ambitious, and "a little crazy" people — those who love building real products and dream of launching cool startups. You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen.

Your project:

Mailkeeper. A SaaS solution designed to improve user retention and increase overall product revenue through email marketing, push notifications, and PWA channels.

Mailkeeper team integrates directly into products and provides a full cycle of email processes – from developing email strategies and testing hypotheses to optimizing email logic and managing sender reputation using its own email marketing service.

You will:

  • Own lifecycle growth for our internal apps. Retention, reactivation and revenue metrics across email, push and other channels are your numbers.
  • Build the lifecycle and retention system from scratch, including channels, segments, triggers and the logic that connects them.
  • Find growth points in the data, form hypotheses, run A/B tests and bring the winners to production.
  • Act as the internal customer of our martech product. You’ll define what needs to be built, write the requirements, and drive delivery with engineering, product and analytics.
  • Launch new projects and integrate them into the martech stack, so every new app has lifecycle communication from day one.
  • Track key metrics and sending health (volumes, deliverability, conversion) and act on anomalies the same day.
  • Build processes and documentation so that launching a new channel or project is repeatable, not heroic.

We'll have a match if you:

  • Have 1+ year in a commercial B2C product company as Product Manager or Growth Product Manager, with a metric you personally owned and can show as "from A to B".
  • Can generate your own hypotheses and push things forward without waiting to be asked.
  • Have an analytical mindset: you form the question yourself, go to the data, and build decisions on numbers.
  • AI: you have built something repeatable with AI (an agent, automation, or pipeline), not just used chat tools.
  • Basic technical literacy: you understand what an API is and can speak the same language as developers.
  • English: Upper Intermediate.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with email marketing/retention channels.
  • Understanding of email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, sender reputation).
  • Experience with Jira and sprint-based development processes.
