AI Summary

You will build and ship AI-powered tools, prototypes, and experiments to support growth initiatives while collaborating with product and engineering teams. Additionally, you will analyze the impact of these experiments and iterate based on data and user feedback to improve conversion and engagement.

Sprinto is an Autonomous Trust Platform that centralizes trust requirements across security frameworks, vendors, and customers.

Sprinto autonomously executes tasks needed to maintain trust across compliance, audits, risk management, vendor risk, privacy, and AI governance, enabling organizations to maintain a strong, reliable trust posture without draining operational bandwidth and resources on repetitive tasks.

Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, Elevation, and Blume Ventures, we’ve raised $31.8M in funding to fuel our mission. Trusted by over 3,000 organizations across 75 countries, Sprinto helps organizations stay audit-ready, manage real-time risks, and scale fearlessly. With 300+ native integrations and AI-driven automation, Sprinto supports 200+ global security standards natively, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and more. Sprinto's extensible architecture enables organizations to build and support an infinite number of custom integrations and frameworks.

Founded in 2020 by second-time founders Girish Redekar and Raghuveer Kancherla, Sprinto powers compliance for organizations like Whatfix, Encora, Anaconda, Whatnot, Ultrahuman, WeWork, Everstage, AI Foundation, HackerRank, and many more.

Life as a Sprinter -

Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.

We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.

Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.

We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.

And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.

The mission -

Every high-growth SaaS company runs on great operating systems. Behind every renewal, customer success initiative, revenue forecast, and business decision is a team building the processes and insights that make growth predictable.

As a Revenue Operations Intern, you'll help build those systems.

Working closely with Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, Finance, and Product, you'll solve operational problems, analyse business data, improve workflows, and help teams make better decisions. You'll learn how a modern SaaS business operates from the inside—not by observing from the sidelines, but by contributing to projects that have real business impact.

If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving structured problems, and want to understand how fast-growing companies scale, you'll thrive here.

Where You'll Leave Your Mark?
  • Build and ship small AI-powered tools, prototypes, and experiments that support growth initiatives (e.g., Founder focussed skills, developer support tools/skills, ).
  • Tinker with the broader LLM and AI app ecosystem — Claude (including Claude Skills and Artifacts), ChatGPT (custom GPTs, Apps), and other frontier model APIs, agent frameworks, and prompt tooling — to quickly test and validate ideas.
  • Build user-facing apps/plugins on top of LLMs — think custom Claude Skills, ChatGPT Apps, or lightweight AI-powered tools that solve a specific growth or workflow problem
  • Work with the growth team to identify opportunities where AI can improve conversion, activation, retention, or engagement.
  • Partner with product and engineering to take promising experiments from prototype to production-ready features.
  • Track and analyze the impact of shipped experiments, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
  • Stay on top of what's new in the AI/LLM space (new models, Claude/ChatGPT features, agent tooling) and bring in relevant ideas, tools, or techniques.
  • Participate actively in growth and product discussions, contributing ideas beyond just execution.

The Kind of Builder We're Looking For -
  • Currently in your 3rd or 4th year, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Solid programming fundamentals (Python and/or JavaScript) and comfort picking up new tools/frameworks quickly.
  • Genuine curiosity about LLMs and the AI app ecosystem, hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools (skills, custom GPTs, apps, agents) is a big plus, even if mostly self-taught or project-based (side projects, hackathons, personal experiments all count).
  • A builder's mindset: excited to prototype fast, ship, and iterate rather than over-plan.
  • Interest in growth and product, curious about why things work for users, not just how to build them.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Nice to Have
  • Experience building Claude Skills, ChatGPT Apps/custom GPTs, or apps using LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Any personal projects, GitHub repos, or hackathon work involving AI apps — happy to see what you've built.
  • Basic familiarity with product/growth concepts (funnels, A/B testing, activation metrics).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus but not required.

You will enjoy Sprinto if -

  • Stepping in before someone has to step up.
  • Wearing multiple hats without counting them.
  • Leaving egos at the door and winning as one team.
  • Taking the harder right over the easier wrong.
  • Shipping, learning, repeating.
  • Staying curious and never staying in your lane.

Inclusion & Diversity -

At Sprinto, talent, curiosity, and ownership matter more than where you come from. We hire people for the problems they can solve, the impact they create, and the way they help others succeed—not their background, identity, or personal circumstances. We believe the best teams are built when people with different perspectives come together around a shared ambition to build something meaningful.

We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating a fair, inclusive, and accessible hiring process for everyone.
