Product Designer (Senior)

Mediagenix is looking for a Senior Product Designer to strengthen our Design team in Spain.

You’ll help shape the next generation of B2B SaaS products used by some of the world’s leading media companies.

• Own the end-to-end design process - from early concepts to production-ready solutions.

• Evolve and refine our product suite while maintaining and improving existing interfaces.
• Transform complex workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences for highly technical use cases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, and fellow Designers.
• Help build, maintain, and scale our design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Contribute to strengthening and maturing our design culture.

• Several years of experience as a Product Designer in an agile environment
• A track record of shipping digital products, with strong skills in responsive web design and design systems.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma is a plus).
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual design, interaction design, and systems thinking — especially in solving complex UX challenges.
• A commitment to high‑quality, user‑centered design and clear communication.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with empathy for users and teammates.
• The ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication skills in English, especially when explaining design decisions.
• This is a fully remote role for anyone living in Spain.
