AI Summary

Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches while developing core messaging and positioning frameworks. Equip sales and client services teams with narratives and tools to drive feature adoption and customer growth.
The Product & Customer Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping how Ludi brings its provider enterprise management solutions to market, communicates with customers, and accelerates growth.

Serving as a key liaison and voice of the customer across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Services, this person translates customer, business, and market insights into clear positioning, messaging, and sales training and tools to equip Sales and Client Services colleagues and drive feature adoption and expansion across Ludi's growing client base.

Reporting directly to the SVP, Marketing, this is a highly cross-functional, collaborative role suited to someone who moves quickly from insight to execution, makes decisions grounded in data, and is comfortable operating with ambiguity inside a fast-scaling healthcare technology company.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product and feature launches — coordinating timelines and messaging across product, marketing, sales, and client services to drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Develop and maintain core product messaging documents, positioning frameworks, and packaging narratives that align product, commercial, and executive teams around a consistent story.
  • Serve as the Marketing team's product subject matter expert (SME), training marketing colleagues on new product and feature enhancements as they roll out and reviewing draft marketing content for product accuracy and messaging alignment.
  • Use GenAI workflows to craft content, directing and refining AI output rather than writing everything from scratch, and identify other AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of execution.

Sales Enablement & Customer Communications

  • Equip Sales and Client Services teams with compelling product narratives, collateral, training, and tools that support adoption and long-term customer success.
  • Execute multi-channel customer engagement strategies (email programs, release announcements, webinars, and events) that build feedback loops, customer engagement, and feature adoption.
  • Maintain a library of relevant customer case studies, testimonials, and proof points to support sales and demand generation efforts.
  • Maintain consistent, brand-aligned communication across channels, ensuring all product- and customer-facing materials align with Ludi's brand voice, compliance requirements, and healthcare industry standards.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Partner with product management to define and maintain buyer personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and competitive positioning for Ludi's provider enterprise management solutions and services.
  • Analyze customer and market data, including CRM and marketing data (HubSpot), buyer intent and firmographic signals (ZoomInfo), and third-party industry sources,  to sharpen personas, ICPs, positioning, and messaging decisions.
  • Conduct ongoing research on customers, competitors, and healthcare industry trends to keep positioning and messaging current as the category evolves.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a related B2B marketing role, ideally in healthcare technology, SaaS, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing go-to-market launches and campaigns, with experience developing buyer personas, ICPs, competitive positioning, and messaging frameworks grounded in customer and market data.
  • Strong storyteller who can simplify complex ideas, shape compelling value propositions, and engage diverse buyer personas, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
  • Solid analytical skills, using data to measure impact and drive decisions across positioning, messaging, and campaign performance.
  • Adept at developing assets for sales and client-facing teams and training them for success, with a strong track record producing sales enablement content and collateral that teams actually use.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building programs from the ground up, and is an excellent cross-functional collaborator with strong project management and organizational fluency in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Experience with data and marketing platforms such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo, and content/collateral design tools like Canva.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and consistency of marketing execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
  • Remote position, must reside in United States
