The core of our achievements is our team. That’s why, together with Dariia, Product Analyst at Impulse, we’re looking for a Product Analyst to help maximize product growth through data-driven decisions.

This job is perfect for you if you want to:

  • Make a real impact on the #1 product in its niche. You’ll get to run lots of experiments and clearly see the results of your work.

  • Work alongside a team of driven and talented professionals — together you’ll brainstorm, test ideas, and share knowledge and experience across departments.

  • Use modern tools and approaches. We work with Amplitude, Tableau, AppsFlyer and more. You’ll have the flexibility to choose your own working methods and the support from your manager to bring your ideas to life.

What you will do:

  • Monitor key product metrics, investigate anomalies, and handle ad hoc data requests.

  • Run A/B tests end-to-end: generating hypotheses, designing and launching experiments, building dashboards, monitoring, analyzing results, and preparing insights and ideas for next iterations.

  • Identify growth opportunities and key dependencies within the product, and turn them into data-backed product hypotheses.

  • Improve and develop existing analytics tools and processes.

  • Conduct product and user research, as well as market and competitor analysis, to support strategic decisions.

  • Use AI tools to speed up analysis, research, and routine tasks.

What do you need to join us:

  • 6+ months of experience as a Product Analyst.

  • Hands-on experience with Amplitude.

  • Experience launching and analyzing A/B tests.

  • Experience generating product hypotheses and conducting research.

  • Experience using AI tools in your daily work.

  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to identify cause-effect relationships.

  • Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

  • English level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.

  • A proven track record of success in current or past roles.

  • A genuine eagerness to learn fast and grow professionally.

  • Alignment with the values of our team (more about us - here).

What do we offer:

  • Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.

  • An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.

  • Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.

  • Personal development plan.

  • Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.

  • Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.

  • Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.

  • Corporate holidays.

  • Supporting initiatives that help Ukraine. Find out more about our projects here.
