Senior Product Manager - Issuing

Your role as a Senior PM at Sokin:

• Own the card proposition, product strategy and roadmap, prioritising new build and improvements against client value and Sokin’s goals.

• Working with our client-facing teams, set the discovery approach for Spend and lead continuous discovery with clients and prospects, turning insights into clear problem statements, jobs to be done and recommendations for leadership.

• Write clear, outcome-led requirements, epics and user stories with well defined acceptance criteria and partner with engineering to deliver them iteratively.

• Be the main product contact for our issuing partner and work closely with compliance and operations to understand capabilities, requirements and APIs, designing product experiences, card programme controls and the operational processes needed to support them.

• Collaborate with other product tribes to identify and resolve dependencies.

• Use data and qualitative feedback to inform decisions and improve the product.

• Own the Spend business case with finance, including revenue modelling and commercial performance.

• Support go-to-market with product marketing, sales and customer success, including launch readiness, client onboarding, enablement and ongoing adoption.

• Be Sokin’s card evangelist, using demos, prototypes, client conversations and presentations to the senior management team and key clients to make sure everyone understands the Spend proposition, how it works and what it takes to sell, support and operate it.

• Set the standard for product practice in Spend, shaping how the tribe runs discovery, requirements and delivery and laying the foundations as the team grows.

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You have 6+ years in product and a strong track record of launching and scaling B2B products, with hands-on experience in fintech, financial services or card payments.

• You’ve worked in a regulated environment and are comfortable partnering with compliance, risk, legal and finance stakeholders to design solutions that work for clients and meet regulatory requirements.

• You’re an exceptional communicator who can get into the detail, simplify complexity, tell a clear story and adapt your style for engineers, clients, partners and executives.

• You build strong, trusted relationships and bring people with you through influence rather than authority.

• You’re confident representing product to senior leadership, clients and partners, owning the decisions that shape the direction of the proposition.

• You make AI tools part of how you work, using them to rapidly iterate, prototype and present ideas so you can test thinking with clients and stakeholders early.

• You’re analytical and metrics-driven, balancing quantitative data with qualitative client insight.

• You thrive in ambiguity, bringing structure, pace and pragmatism.
