Raytheon's internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout Raytheon Operations, Supply Chain & Quality (OSCQ). Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of OSCQ while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.

Procurement analysts are highly collaborative, hands-on Supply Chain professionals that regularly engage with the customer, Program Management Office (PMO) and other functions such as Engineering, Logistics, and Finance. You will leverage your self-motivation and high-level organization while managing multiple priorities at the same time.

What You Will Do

• Place Purchase Orders of low to medium dollar levels and procurement complexity

• Manage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance

• Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ

• Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques

• Drive the success for metrics

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, Supply Chain management or closely related business major and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.

• Experience with Supply Chain processes and tools

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in Supply Chain within a Defense Contracting environment

• Experience with SAP/PRISM

• Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience

• Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
