Bookkeeper

The Ronin Bookkeeper uses the Ronin process to build a cadence of information gathering, booking actual expenses and management reporting to improve visibility, provide context for big decisions and identify potential business problems or opportunities. Bookkeepers get hands on experience with accounting and finance, scaling systems, and KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Book items in QuickBooks daily for a variety of clients
• Month-End activities including bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, credit card reconciliations
• Communicating with clients when problems or questions arise
• Monthly review of books with clients
• Cleaning up any problem areas found in books

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

• Accounting Clerk Certificate is preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of GAAP basics, reconciliations, and financial reporting 
• Computer Skills including advanced Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. 
• Proficient with QuickBooks Software 
• 3 year+ bookkeeping experience
• Simultaneous Multi client management is a preferred but not required
