Procurement and Contract Administration Support (Mid-Level)

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote

Role Overview:

Support procurement activities, supplier management, purchasing, contract administration, and project documentation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders.

• Source quotations from suppliers.

• Maintain supplier databases.

• Track procurement schedules.

• Assist contract administration.

• Maintain contract registers.

• Monitor insurance, bonds, and warranties.

• Coordinate contract correspondence.

• Support project commercial teams.
  

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

• 3–5 years' procurement or contract administration experience.

• Good understanding of procurement processes.

• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.

What Will Set You Apart:
