Job Summary:

Under the direction of a Senior Manager or Partner, the Procore Master Consultant actively works with clients to understand their business needs, analyze, architect, document, propose and implement solutions that provide impactful value.  Instrumental in new and innovative solution design and go-to-market products and services.  Provides mentorship to other Engineering and Consulting associates while serving as an advocate and subject matter expert in a particular domain. 

Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:  

• Excels at helping customers understand and articulate their own business needs and translates those needs into actionable requirements. 
• Architects advanced business solutions and plays an active role in the team's success while challenging and promoting growth within Engineers and Consultants through involvement in sales support and solution design. 
• Designs and reviews test plans and works with Senior Engineers and Consultants to ensure adoption. 
• Communicates with Project Managers on quality control efforts and processes. 
• Routinely review and assist with client communication and establish cadence and quality concerning proactive client communications. 
• Suggests/designs tools/processes to support automation and help drive consistency in standards through example and internal training. 
• Reviews budgetary reporting with project managers.   
• Designs process improvements that drive increased efficiency and client success.   
• Works closely with Senior Engineers and Consultants to perform periodic design and build reviews to ensure conformity to requirements and quality.   
• Ensures quality management reporting and review while instrumental in designing and adopting methodologies to support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).   
• Drives team goals and focuses on knowledge sharing and team building while regularly reviewing plans and applying them to project quality. 
• Supports business growth by understanding and meeting client needs and leading the development of Wipfli service offerings to drive client satisfaction.
• Able to provide quality assurance oversight and mentor others as needed across engagements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’ of Science Degree in Business, Technology, or Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of job-related experience in a professional services firm or 10+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area with 1+ years in professional services. 
• 1+ advanced certification based on associate’s product area of expertise.

Preferred Qualification: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field 
• Multiple advanced certifications in specialized areas

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $117,000 - $158,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
