Process and Application Specialist (m/f/d)

📍 Germany-Remote | 💼 Full-time | ✈️ High Travel Requirement

Are you an experienced coating professional with strong expertise in E-Coat processes and industrial paint systems? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and supporting innovative coating technologies in the field?

Join our Industrial Coatings team and play a key role in providing technical support, optimizing customer processes, and driving successful implementation of new products and technologies.

Your Impact

• Provide technical application support for Industrial Coatings E-Coat customers
• Support customers with product, process, and application-related inquiries
• Plan and conduct customer trials, product evaluations, and technical testing
• Analyze test results, prepare documentation, and provide recommendations
• Lead troubleshooting and complaint resolution, including on-site customer visits
• Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions
• Support the launch of new products, systems, and technologies in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management
• Deliver technical training, seminars, and workshops for customers and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and strategic business objectives

What You Bring

• Qualification as a Paint Technician, Coatings Specialist, or comparable technical background
• Several years of experience with E-Coat processes and ideally industrial coating systems
• Strong understanding of industrial application processes and production workflows
• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• High degree of initiative and ability to work independently
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
• Good MS Office skills
• Good English language skills
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites
