SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant - Automotive

This opportunity is suited to an SAP functional consultant who brings strong automotive domain knowledge and enjoys turning business needs into effective SAP solutions. In this role, you will help clients optimize vehicle sales and after-sales operations, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to support critical processes and ensure solutions are aligned with real operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to automotive sales and after-sales processes.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA solutions within the relevant functional areas.
• Work with SAP VMS for vehicle-related sales and business processes.
• Support SAP VSS processes for vehicle after-sales services.
• Support after-sales parts processes with strong understanding of SAP SD and MM.
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Perform impact assessments and support solution design activities.
• Prepare and execute functional testing, including integration and UAT.
• Support enhancements, incidents, change requests, and production issues.
• Prepare functional documentation and support business users.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout delivery and support.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Functional Consulting experience at a senior level.
• Strong experience in automotive sales and after-sales business processes, including after-sales parts processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP VMS and/or SAP VSS, along with strong functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solution designs.
• Hands-on experience across the SAP delivery lifecycle, including integration testing and UAT, enhancements and change requests, production incident/support activities, and independently handling delivery lifecycle responsibilities.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders across automotive sales and after-sales processes, including requirements discussions and workshops.
• Experience coordinating closely with remote technical and SAP functional teams throughout delivery and support.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP CS, SAP CRM, and SAP Fiori.
• Familiarity with SAP integration.
