The Priority Desk Advisor monitors the end-to-end journey of priority parcels to ensure timely delivery and resolves operational issues by collaborating with internal teams. They also provide regular performance visibility and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

As a Priority Desk Advisor, you’ll help maintain and improve the service we provide to our key priority clients, including fresh food parcels where additional delivery requirements apply.
You’ll monitor the end-to-end journey of priority parcels, using daily data to identify anything at risk of missing SLA and working with teams across the business to resolve issues quickly.
You’ll also build strong relationships internally and externally, working closely with operational teams, Commercial Managers and clients to help improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
You’ll help improve customer satisfaction and client performance by increasing the number of priority parcels successfully delivered on Day 1 and ensuring potential delivery issues are identified and acted on quickly.
