AM2PM Support Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our US
Outbound Process. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential
customers in the US market, generating interest in our services, qualifying leads, and
scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
● Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the US market.
● Introduce and explain company services effectively.
● Identify customer requirements and qualify leads.
● Schedule appointments, demos, or callbacks for the sales team.
● Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
● Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive customer
experience.
● Update CRM and maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status.
● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
● Minimum 6 months of experience in Outbound Sales, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation,
Telecalling, or International Calling.
● Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
● Comfortable interacting with US-based customers.
● Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
● Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
● Stable internet connection and personal laptop/desktop.
Preferred Skills
● Experience in US Voice Process or International Sales.
● Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
● Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
