The Pre-Sales Executive will conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the CoFee product and schedule demos for the sales team. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and resolving basic product queries.
This is a remote position.
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive for CoFee, our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.

What you will do:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and explain the CoFee product.
Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries.
Fix appointments and schedule product demos for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools.
Share product information and resolve basic queries related to features and benefits.

Basic understanding of SaaS products or tech-based services is a plus.
