Power BI Lead

This is a remote position.

• Source data from BigQuery-based data marts and distribute through approved agency channels. 
  
• Serve as a technical lead for the Power BI development team.
  
• Provide mentoring, best-practice direction, and coordination across program areas.
  
• Work closely with business partners, data engineers, and ETL developers to ensure accurate data sourcing from BigQuery data marts.
  
• Develop visually effective, accessible, and standardized reports aligned with agency reporting and accessibility requirements.
  
• Ensure all Power BI assets follow established governance, security, and documentation standards.
  
• Perform testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency across all reporting products.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, verify data elements, and support enterprise reporting needs.
  
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, report specifications, and support materials
