Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese language proficiency (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
• Valid EU passport or legal authorisation to work within the European Union (mandatory).
• A strong interest in or foundational knowledge of cybersecurity, IT security concepts, or digital technology is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a client-facing role — ideally within the cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industry — is considered a significant advantage.
