Portfolio Solutions Specialist (Ontario) 

The Portfolio Solutions Specialist (PSS) will build relationships with key customers as defined by the influence and/or revenue impact within the Regional boundaries. The PSS will understand and recommend all Bayer Radiology, Interventional and Service offerings and be a product expert capable of supporting product in servicing and adoption of focus products. The PSS is expected to collaborate with the Strategic Account Manager, Clinical, Field Service, Field Support, Contracting, Product and Pipeline, Medical Affairs and the General Manager for Customer Engagement regarding account strategy (pricing, product placement, offerings, service etc.) regionally (possible national) while understanding the overall financial impact on the Radiology business. 

This is a permanent, home-based position with travel within the territory of Central Ontario.

What you will do:

1. Achieve or exceed sales targets with focus on retention of market share and growth above market within the CT, Angiography and MR modalities.
2. Execute against Brand Plan Activation and defined sales process with the intention of growing sales (volume, market share, share of portfolio etc.) within the account list.
3. Deliver value to customers while focusing on efficiency in delivery, including directives with the Strategic Acct Manager and engagement of Clinical Success Specialist, Medical and Marketing resources.
4. Diligent CRM data maintenance, analysis, and value extraction for customers.
5. Work within a set of parameters to provide solutions to selected accounts, including:
   1. Pricing metrics
   2. Volume discount metrics
   3. Product portfolio metrics
6. Efficiently grow and maintain relationships with key customers as defined by the influence and/or revenue impact within the regional boundaries as well as openness and willingness to support other regions as needed.  Collaborate with SAM for execution of regional strategies and coordination of activities within Bayer accounts affiliated with Strategic enterprise accounts.   
7. Excellent understanding of the value of the radiology portfolio to be able to identify opportunities to expand business through communication of new product offerings with key stakeholders
8. Effectively manage 3rd party partners for day to day needs, including OEMs and GPOs.
9. Be prepared and capable of providing product in-servicing and product adoption where applicable.

• Increase sales to grow potential to realign accounts to strategic segment.
• Deliver customer value in most efficient manner, while identifying opportunities for efficiencies.
• Work with Team members to support Regional Strategic Account Plans; imperatives to help protect and grow the business
• Execute against sales initiatives – including, but not limited to supporting RFP processes, negotiations, and presentations, in-services, new product launches, adoption of existing customer solutions
• Establishes strong relationships and partnerships with employees, customers, suppliers and key stakeholders to strengthen overall results.
• Sets priorities, plans and coordinates work activities, and schedules personnel and resources while being aware of both the “big picture” and details of the situation

Who you are:

MRT preferred, Bachelor’s (or technical) degree required.  Minimum of 5 years of directly related MRI or CT experience, with significant exposure to:

• Medical device / pharma industry
• Sales
• Radiology/Diagnostic Imaging Experience (Tech or Industry)
• Demonstrated leadership in the following competencies:

The base salary range for this role is between $90,240.00 and $135,360.00. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc. 

This role also provides the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation. If performance-based compensation is earned, the total compensation package may provide an opportunity to earn a Total Direct Compensation (TDC) range of $126,200 to $176,200. This TDC would include base salary and may also include items like bonuses (short-term and long-term incentives) and sales incentives. The estimated TDC range estimates performance-based compensation earned at 100% of target; however actual amounts may fluctuate below or above the TDC range based on company and/or individual performance.

This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, market data and the applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
