You will be responsible for building campaigns, managing day-to-day platform activity, monitoring performance, and proactively making optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and results.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly inside advertising platforms, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and taking ownership of execution quality and performance.

  • Configure campaign structures, ad sets, targeting, placements, bid strategies, naming conventions, and tracking parameters.
  • Upload and organize approved ad creative, headlines, primary text, descriptions, and destination URLs.
  • Perform pre-launch quality assurance (QA) to ensure campaigns are configured accurately and aligned with approved requirements.
  • Verify destination URLs, UTM parameters, tracking events, audience selections, and campaign settings before launch.
  • Maintain organized campaign structures and consistent platform naming and documentation standards.

Campaign Optimization & Performance Management

  • Monitor active campaigns daily to identify performance trends, delivery issues, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Optimize audiences, placements, bids, budgets, creatives, and campaign configurations to improve results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, Cost per Qualified Lead (CPSQL), conversion rates, and other assigned performance metrics.
  • Identify underperforming ads, audiences, or placements and implement appropriate adjustments.
  • Make informed budget adjustments within approved spending limits to improve performance and delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency and lead quality.
  • Monitor campaign learning phases, delivery limitations, audience saturation, frequency, and creative fatigue.
  • Execute A/B tests across creative variations, audiences, placements, and campaign configurations.
  • Troubleshoot rejected ads, disapproved creative, limited delivery, tracking issues, and other platform-related challenges.

Budget Management & Campaign Pacing

  • Monitor daily and weekly campaign spending against approved budgets and performance targets.
  • Ensure campaigns remain within established spending limits and pacing expectations.
  • Identify campaigns that are overspending, underspending, or at risk of missing performance goals.
  • Proactively flag unusual spending patterns, delivery inconsistencies, or significant performance changes.
  • Make routine pacing adjustments within defined approval thresholds.
  • Communicate budget or campaign delivery concerns to the assigned strategist before they affect overall campaign performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Review campaign performance using advertising platforms and internal reporting tools.
  • Track key campaign metrics against established benchmarks and goals.
  • Identify performance changes and provide concise, actionable observations to the strategy team.
  • Monitor lead volume, qualified lead rates, and downstream performance indicators when available.

  • Ensure campaigns follow platform advertising policies and applicable healthcare and clinical trial advertising requirements.
  • Use approved messaging, imagery, landing pages, and targeting configurations.
  • Follow internal review and approval procedures before publishing new or materially revised advertising content.
  • Monitor platform policy changes and flag potential compliance concerns.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and follow applicable privacy and data-handling requirements.

Requirements
