About Jasper

Jasper is the purpose-built AI platform for marketing. We help the world's leading brands accelerate content creation, improve campaign performance, and scale marketing impact with AI while maintaining brand consistency, governance, and control.

Our customers include some of the world's most recognized enterprises, who rely on Jasper to transform how marketing gets done. As AI reshapes the future of work, we're building the platform that enables marketing teams to move faster, work smarter, and drive measurable business outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own Jasper's paid media engine. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you will manage our paid channels end-to-end — LinkedIn and Google Search as the core of the portfolio, plus emerging AI channels like OpenAI's ChatGPT ads — with a mandate to drive efficiency and scale. Pipeline is your north star: you'll optimize toward qualified pipeline and revenue rather than lead volume, and you'll be able to connect channel-level wins to company-level impact.

You'll operate as the digital arm of Jasper's enterprise, account-led growth motion, partnering closely with growth marketing, marketing operations, data science, creative, and sales to make every dollar of paid spend work harder. This is a high-ownership role for an operator who loves being in the platforms daily and is equally comfortable explaining to executives what the spend produced.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end management of Jasper's paid media portfolio — LinkedIn Ads and Google Search — including campaign architecture, audience development, keyword and bidding strategy, budget pacing, and in-platform optimization.

  • Stand up and scale emerging channels — OpenAI/ChatGPT ads, Google AI Max, and AI-search advertising platforms — running structured tests with clear success criteria and scaling what earns its budget.

  • Drive efficiency and scale: build bottoms-up budget plans, manage monthly allocation and pacing across channels and audience tiers, and continuously reallocate spend toward the campaigns, audiences, and creative that produce qualified pipeline.

  • Optimize to pipeline, not leads: manage toward down-funnel outcomes (SQLs, SQOs, pipeline, and closed-won revenue) and deliver clear, executive-ready reporting that ties channel-level performance to company impact.

  • Power Jasper's account-based marketing motion: build and maintain tiered target-account audiences, plan reach and frequency by tier, and launch one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns in partnership with Sales.

  • Own the health of conversion tracking and attribution with Marketing Operations and Data Science — CRM-to-platform conversion imports (HubSpot/Salesforce), conversion APIs, and multi-touch attribution — proactively diagnosing and fixing measurement gaps.

  • Partner with creative and content teams on a steady cadence of ad testing and iteration, translating performance data into sharp creative briefs and putting customer stories, reports, and webinars to work as campaign fuel.

  • Support integrated demand programs — webinar promotion, gated content, and remarketing — ensuring paid media amplifies the broader growth marketing calendar.

  • Apply AI tools and automation to improve the speed and quality of campaign analysis, reporting, and execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on B2B performance marketing experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS supporting an enterprise or account-led sales motion.

  • Deep, in-platform expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads at meaningful scale (multi-million-dollar annual budgets), plus genuine curiosity about emerging AI advertising channels.

  • A pipeline-first mindset: a track record of measuring and optimizing paid programs against pipeline and revenue — not just CPL or MQL volume — and communicating that impact to leadership.

  • Fluency in B2B measurement: CRM-integrated conversion tracking, HubSpot and Salesforce, multi-touch attribution, and the judgment to know what the data can and can't tell you.

  • Rigorous budget management skills — forecasting, pacing, and bottoms-up planning — with a bias toward efficiency.

  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to diagnose problems, prioritize investment, and improve funnel performance.

  • Curiosity about AI and a demonstrated ability to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve how marketing works.

  • A fast-moving, high-ownership operating style — comfortable managing channels day-to-day while driving longer-term strategy and testing roadmaps.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Help define how enterprise marketing teams adopt and scale AI.

  • Own one of the most important growth functions in the company.

  • Work alongside a talented team that values speed, curiosity, creativity, and measurable impact.

  • Shape the future of marketing at one of the leading AI companies in the market.
