The People Operations Coordinator will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records. They will also support recruitment processes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive operational improvements across HR systems.

We’re seeking an experienced HR People Operations Coordinator with 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally across multiple employment setups in the EMEA region.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate records across various employment setups
Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies
Monitor and improve HR workflows and operational efficiency
Provide reliable day-to-day HR guidance
Team Member Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare documentation and coordinate access
Ensure smooth transitions at every stage
Maintain structured, audit-ready HR records
Team Member Support & Experience
Act as a trusted point of contact for HR matters
Provide clear guidance and timely resolutions
Support engagement initiatives, milestones, and recognition programs
HR Systems & Process Improvement
Maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity
Identify and implement operational improvements
Develop and update HR documentation and SOPs
Recruitment Support & Gradual Ownership
Support recruitment processes and documentation
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
Gradually take ownership of candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring manager communication
Contribute to improving recruitment workflows across regions
What You Bring
3+ years of direct HR experience (non-negotiable)
Experience working across multiple EMEA countries and employment models
Solid understanding of full lifecycle HR practices and compliance
Familiarity with standard recruitment processes, including interviewing
Strong attention to detail and ownership-driven mindset
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Confidence using HR systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools
Interest in automation and process optimisation
Experience working in remote or distributed teams
