The People Leader Enablement Specialist develops and implements scalable tools and resources to strengthen leadership effectiveness and talent readiness across the organization. This role consults with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and translates organizational priorities into actionable performance and engagement practices.

ABOUT THE JOB
The People Leader Enablement role strengthens the effectiveness of Marathon Health people leaders by translating leadership expectations, performance and engagement practices, and organizational priorities into practical tools, resources, experiences, and support leaders can use in their everyday work.
This role partners with people leaders across the organization, including Clinical Operations leaders, Directors, and senior leaders, to understand leadership needs, identify capability and performance gaps, and develop scalable enablement solutions that strengthen leader effectiveness, talent readiness, and the teammate experience. The role enables leaders across the leadership journey—from onboarding and transitions through performance, engagement, talent development, career conversations, and leading through change

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Communications, or related field and 5+ years of progressive experience in leadership enablement, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, learning and development, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
