About the Project & Role
We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and fluent German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our expanding remote team in Portugal. In this vital role, you will be the primary lifeline and point of contact for patients and customers utilizing advanced diabetes care management products, glucose monitoring devices, and related healthcare support services.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
- Compassionate Patient Support: Provide warm, professional, and accurate assistance to customers and patients regarding diabetes care devices, supplies, and related support services via inbound channels (calls, emails, and chat).
- Technical Guidance & Troubleshooting: Guide users step-by-step through product setup, troubleshoot technical issues with medical hardware and software, and explain usage instructions clearly and patiently.
- Account & Order Management: Update customer profiles, manage product re-order queries, process service requests, and maintain pristine records in strict compliance with medical data privacy and healthcare standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders, quality assurance specialists, and healthcare coordinators to ensure service delivery standards and regulatory compliance are consistently met.
- Advocacy & Discretion: Handle sensitive, health-related inquiries with the highest level of emotional intelligence, discretion, patience, and professional care.
Requirements & Candidate Profile
- Language Proficiency: Native or fully fluent German (written and spoken) combined with at least B2-level English for internal communication, systems navigation, and training.
- Residency Requirement: Must currently reside in and have legal authorization to work in Portugal (mandatory requirement for contract compliance and home setup).
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication abilities, active listening skills, and natural patience for supporting individuals managing chronic health conditions.
- Tech Aptitude: Comfortable navigating multiple software systems, CRM tools, and remote communication platforms simultaneously.
