The Person We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone who is:
Hands-on: willing to execute, not only advise.
Commercial: understands that P&C must support organizational performance.
Firm but fair: confident handling difficult people matters professionally.
Pragmatic: able to introduce appropriate structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Highly organized: strong on follow-through, documentation and deadlines.
Trusted: able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Improvement-oriented: continuously looks for better, simpler and more scalable ways of working.
Why Join NHG?
NHG is building a scalable, technology-enabled primary healthcare platform focused on improving access to affordable private healthcare for South Africa's working population.
This role provides an opportunity to build and shape the People & Culture function of a growing healthcare organisation rather than simply inherit an established corporate P&C system.
