The Patient Access Staffing Coordinator provides tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure optimal staffing levels. This role collaborates with operations leadership to forecast demand, manage schedules, and monitor performance metrics within the contact center.
This position is 100% remote in the state of Washington. Residence in Washington is required for this position.
The Patient Access Staffing Coordinator provides tactical workforce planning, real-time support, and analytical insights to ensure appropriate staffing and service levels within the Patient Access Center (PAC). This role partners closely with access center operations and leadership to forecast demand, optimize schedules, monitor real-time performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a proficient working understanding of the interdependencies between forecasting, capacity planning, staffing, scheduling, adherence, and service-level performance in a high-volume contact center environment. This position requires the ability to assess real-time conditions, respond quickly to operational disruptions, and analyze trends to reduce risk and improve performance.

Compensation Range
$29.89 - $44.83 per hourSalary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
