Up to £45,000 per annum + 20% annual bonus
We are hiring a Partnership Manager to join Thornbury Community Services who are an 'outstanding' CQC-rated care provider that deliver complex care at home or in the community.
In this role you will manage key customer partnerships while delivering contract growth, retention and an exceptional service.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop key customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional service delivery and successful customer outcomes.
Take ownership of contract management and governance, overseeing contractual agreements, renewals, documentation, and customer review meetings to ensure compliance and long-term partnership success.
Drive customer retention and business growth, identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts, mitigate risks, and work collaboratively across teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, partnering with operational, clinical, finance, and business development teams to resolve challenges, improve service performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
What we're looking for:
Account management, business development or sales experience.
Experience managing business performance, including P&L responsibility, analysing management information and identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
Demonstrable experience of commercial negotiation and customer service delivery.
Experience working within the healthcare sector.
