Responsibilities

Altour has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced person in the travel industry with supplier relationship experience!  The Partner Support Manager serves as the central point of contact for support requests from third-party vendors and business partners. This role is responsible for receiving, evaluating, and coordinating incoming requests, assessing the scope and complexity of support needs, and determining the appropriate support model and internal resourcing required to deliver effective solutions.

The position works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure requests are properly routed, prioritized, tracked, and resolved while maintaining a high level of service and communication with external stakeholders. 

The hours could be 8 AM - 5 PM ET or 9 AM - 6 PM ET.

 

 

Partner Relationship Management 

  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned partners, agencies, suppliers, and strategic business stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure partner engagement, satisfaction, and retention. 
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Support leadership in developing strategies to improve partner satisfaction and engagement.  

Partner Support & Service Delivery 

  • Oversee intake, evaluation, prioritization, and resolution of partner support requests. 
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver timely support. 
  • Serve as escalation point for complex issues. 
  • Monitor support performance and implement improvements. 

Onboarding & Program Management 

  • Manage partner onboarding activities. 
  • Coordinate training and resource deployment. 
  • Maintain documentation and operating procedures. 
  • Support implementation of partner programs and initiatives. 

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Supplier Relations, Finance, and Account Management teams. 
  • Lead problem-solving efforts for operational challenges. 
  • Provide recommendations for service enhancements. 

Performance Management & Analytics 

  • Track and analyze support metrics and trends. 
  • Prepare reports and leadership presentations. 
  • Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions. 

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives 

  • Evaluate workflows and implement process improvements. 
  • Support strategic initiatives and business growth efforts. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate support activities. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate travel, partner services, account management, or related  
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving experience. 
  • Knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar travel technologies preferred. 
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with travel systems preferred
