Your mission

  • Ecosystem Growth: Identify and recruit strategic system integrators and technology partners.

  • Partner Enablement: Train and support partners to ensure they can effectively sell and deploy IS-Wireless solutions.

  • Channel Strategy: Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with key partners.

  • Pipeline Management: Drive indirect revenue by managing the partner sales pipeline and supporting complex deals.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term, high-value relationships with partner leadership teams.

Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

  • Partnership Mastery: 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or strategic alliances in the IT/Telco sector.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to build and execute complex channel strategies that align with company growth goals.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate the value of Open RAN and disaggregated networks to partner teams.

  • Market Network: Existing relationships with major system integrators or telco partners in Western Europe.

  • Fluent English: Ability to lead negotiations and workshops in an international environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of 5G, RAN, and cloud-native infrastructure.

  • Experience with defense or public sector partners.

  • Experience in a high-growth technology scale-up.
