Description
Schedule and publish content across the brand’s social media platforms.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule of approximately 5 posts per week.
Upload and organize photos, videos, graphics, captions, and other content provided by the client.
Ensure all posts are published accurately, including captions, tags, locations, links, and other relevant details.
Assist with geolocating posts and managing platform settings as directed.
Monitor scheduled content and ensure posts are published according to the approved calendar.
Assist with organizing and maintaining the social media content calendar.
Coordinate upcoming posts and ensure content is prepared ahead of schedule.
Keep track of published and upcoming content to maintain consistency.
Flag missing content or information needed from the client before scheduled posting dates.
Monitor direct messages, comments, and audience inquiries across social media platforms.
Respond to routine questions and messages based on the client’s guidelines.
Escalate inquiries that require the client’s attention or approval.
Support day-to-day community engagement and maintain a professional brand presence online.
Track important inquiries, requests, or follow-ups that require further action.
Assist with coordinating bookings, inquiries, and scheduling requests received through social media or other communication channels.
Provide timely responses to general brand-related inquiries.
Coordinate information between the client and prospective customers when needed.
Maintain organized records of bookings, inquiries, and follow-up items.
Perform light administrative tasks to support the client’s day-to-day operations.
Organize digital files and social media assets.
Assist with basic data entry, tracking, research, and other business support activities as assigned.
Maintain organized records and ensure important tasks and follow-ups are not missed.
Hard Requirements:
Previous experience in social media management, social media assistance, digital marketing, or administrative support.
Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
Experience scheduling and publishing social media content.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to respond professionally to customer and audience inquiries.
Ability to follow brand guidelines and client instructions.
Strong time-management skills and ability to meet scheduled posting deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and managing recurring tasks.
Experience with social media scheduling or management tools.
Basic knowledge of content calendars and social media planning.
Experience with community management or customer service.
Familiarity with Canva or other basic content-management/design tools.
Experience coordinating bookings, appointments, or customer inquiries.
