The Opportunity


Our client is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to manage the day-to-day execution

of their content and marketing activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who

enjoys keeping multiple marketing channels running smoothly while working within proven

systems.


You’ll be responsible for producing, publishing, and coordinating content across a range of

platforms, allowing the leadership team to focus on business growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities


Content & Podcast Marketing

● Edit weekly audio and video content.

● Produce short-form clips for social media.

● Create and publish supporting content including titles, descriptions, and website

content.

● Upload and schedule content across relevant platforms.

● Coordinate guest communications, scheduling, and follow-up.


Email Marketing

● Draft weekly newsletters using existing source material and AI-assisted workflows.

● Format, schedule and distribute campaigns.

● Monitor engagement metrics and provide regular reporting.


Website &Content Management

● Publish blogs, case studies and content updates.

● Maintain website content and ensure pages remain up to date.

● Apply basic SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking and formatting.


Social Media

● Prepare and schedule LinkedIn content.

● Draft posts for approval.

● Support engagement and community management.


Webinar Marketing

● Coordinate webinar setup from registration through to post-event follow-up.

● Build landing pages and marketing automations.

● Promote events across multiple marketing channels.

● Publish replays and nurture communications.


Partnership Marketing

● Coordinate communications with partners and guest contributors.

● Maintain CRM records.

● Support collaborative marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.


General Marketing

● Assist with lead magnets, case studies, reporting, and wider marketing projects as the

Business grows.


Tools & Technology

The business uses a modern marketing technology stack including website CMS platforms,

email marketing software, CRM systems, project management tools, AI applications and

creative software. Previous experience with similar platforms is beneficial, although the

ability to learn new systems quickly is equally important.


About You


We’re looking for someone who has:

● 2+ years of experience in a marketing execution or marketing coordinator role.

● Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.

● Experience managing recurring marketing activities independently.

● Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity.

● Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects.

● Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva.


Desirable Experience

● E-commerce or digital agency experience.

● Website CMS experience.

● Email marketing platform experience.

● Podcast, video editing or multimedia content experience.

Within your first 90 days you will have:

● Established a reliable weekly content publishing rhythm.

● Taken ownership of the newsletter production process.

● Successfully managed the social media content calendar.

● Coordinated webinar delivery with minimal supervision.
