Part-Time Intake Coordinator

We’re hiring for a Part-Time Intake Coordinator - a patient-first role supporting our prospective patients into care through our free consultation call. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Intake and Engagement Manager.

The ideal candidate for this role has experience in high volume, direct patient care in a behavioral health setting. You’ll excel in this role if you are excited about working at an early stage company and have strong empathy skills alongside a results-driven mindset.  

Seven Starling Intake Coordinators are the bridge between a prospective patient and the mental health support they need and deserve. This role is driven by prospective patient (lead) conversion rates, tying the introductory phone consultation to patient wellbeing. 

What you'll do

• Conduct 25 minute phone consultations with prospective patients which involve: empathetically listening to prospective patient’s experiences, building rapport, navigating their hesitations and ultimately supporting them into the impactful decision of signing up for the Seven Starling Care Model. 
• Assist patients with intake form completion on the consultation call
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our CRM, Hubspot, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with privacy regulations. 
• Monitor individual KPIs including conversion rates 
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices and organizational changes.

Who you are

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration or related field is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices

Must Haves

• Direct patient experience in behavioral health care.
• Experience in high call volume or high volume patient interaction roles
• Admissions, intake experience or consultative sales where you were measured against performance metrics/KPIs
• Strong ability to balance empathetic support and professional boundaries 

Details

• Part-time; 25 hours per week
• Set shifts, Monday to Friday
• • Shift 1: 9-2pm EST / 8-1pm CST / 6-11am PST
  • Shift 2: 10-3pm EST / 7-12pm CST / 5-10am PST
  • Shift 3: 4-9pm EST / 3-8pm CST / 1-6pm PST
• $22-24/hour
• Sick time

• Quarterly incentive pay program up to 17% of annual earnings
