Paralegal

 3+ years of experience in a legal or corporate environment, working cross-functionally with stakeholders in technology, finance, legal, IT, engineering, and business. Proven ability to interface with clients and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and high attention to detail, with a proven ability to work independently. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing demands while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. High proficiency in grammar, composition, and legal proofreading. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel), Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and corporate document management systems. Openness to learning, adopting, and leveraging new technological solutions and legal workflows. Demonstrated ability to exercise strict discretion and maintain absolute confidentiality with sensitive information. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, backed by strong judgment and the capacity to escalate issues appropriately. Foundational knowledge of basic contracting principles and legal requirements.
 Bachelor’s degree and/or a paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA-approved program. Prior experience working in a corporate legal department or law firm, with exposure to transactional work and corporate governance highly preferred.
