Paired Inside Account Manager は、アカウントマネージャー（AM）のパートナーとして、営業活動全般をサポートし、顧客対応・社内調整・見積業務・CRM管理など幅広い業務を担います。営業チームの業績最大化に直接貢献する重要な役割です。
主な業務内容
- アカウントマネージャーの営業活動支援
-見積作成
-各種申請業務（契約、価格申請など）の代行
-CRM（Salesforce）へのデータ入力・更新・ファネル管理補助
- デモ機の手配、出荷調整、在庫管理、返却管理
- 販売店およびエンドユーザーからの問い合わせ対応（製品情報、納期情報、手続き案内など）
- Sales Lead（新規リード）のフォローアップ
-Aged Lead（放置リード）が発生しないよう、営業へアクションを促す
-必要に応じて顧客への初回コンタクトを実施
- 社内関連部門（物流、サービス、ファイナンス、マーケティングなど）との調整および情報連携
- 「One Agilent」の理念に基づき、チーム全体の効率・顧客満足度向上に貢献
目標（Performance Goals）
- 担当グループの売上・ファネル進捗に貢献
-AM と連携し、商談の前進と案件クローズ率向上をサポート
- Aged Lead のゼロ化
-リードの放置を防ぎ、期限ごとに営業へフォローやアクションを促す

-迅速・正確な問い合わせ対応および社内調整
- 営業チームの生産性向上
-見積・手配・申請業務を効率化し、AM が顧客活動に集中できる環境を作る
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of analytical instruments and software solutions
- Familiarity with regulations and applications in food and environmental analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build high-quality relationships
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10–40%)
