About you:

You enjoy running paid media campaigns and seeing the real impact of your work. You’re comfortable working across different platforms and using data to guide your decisions. You stay calm in a fast-moving environment and take pride in doing things well from start to finish. At Access, you’ll be supported to keep learning, share your ideas and help paid media drive meaningful pipeline growth.
 

Day-to-day, you will:

• Plan, manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, with a focus on pipeline and revenue.
• Manage budgets across channels, keeping a close eye on performance and return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Run account-based marketing (ABM) activity using tools like Demandbase, targeting key accounts throughout the buyer journey.
• Review campaign performance using clear metrics, turning insights into practical optimisation actions and improvements.
 

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase, 6sense or similar.
• Confidence working with data and reporting tools to turn insights into clear actions.
• The ability to explain paid media in a simple way and build strong relationships across teams.
