Oracle Fusion Cloud EPBCS Developer

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are hiring two Oracle EPBCS/EPM Cloud Developers to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.

You'll build the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics capabilities the agency uses to plan its spending and track performance. If you're early in your career, learn fast, and want to grow on a program of this size, this role is built for you.

Why AI Matters Here

AI is central to how this team delivers. We want developers who already use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to learn new platforms quickly, write and debug business rules and Groovy scripts, build data mappings, and document their work. • Design and configure Oracle EPM Cloud/EPBCS Planning applications.
• Configure dimensions, metadata, forms, and business rules.
• Develop Calculation Manager rules.
• Develop Groovy rules where appropriate.
• Configure Smart View.
• Build data integrations between EPM and source financial systems.

What You'll Gain

• Mentorship from senior Oracle EPM and federal financial management specialists.
• A career path that grows with the program: more scope, more responsibility, more expertise each year.
• In-demand skills in Oracle EPM Cloud and AI-enabled delivery.
