About the Role

If you love making complex operations run smoothly, this role is right in your wheelhouse. As the Operations Manager, Travel & Meetings Services, you’ll lead a blended team supporting corporate travel, attendee travel, meeting logistics, and housing services. You’ll connect big-picture strategy with day-to-day delivery, helping drive strong client results, great attendee experiences, and a high-performing team. It’s a fast-moving role with plenty of opportunities to improve processes, solve problems, and make a visible impact.

You’re Good At

• Leading multi-functional, client-facing teams in travel, meetings, events, hospitality, or similar operational environments
• Keeping service delivery on track by managing SLAs, quality standards, productivity goals, and operational performance metrics
• Coaching and developing team members while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partnering with clients, account teams, meeting planners, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and elevate the overall experience
• Using data, reporting, and sound judgment to improve workflows, support business continuity, and drive better operational outcomes

You Might Also Have

• Experience in corporate travel management and attendee travel operations
• Hands-on knowledge of meetings, events, registration support, and partner with hotel housing management team.
• Familiarity with tools like Cvent, registration platforms, and travel industry technology
• Experience managing budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation in a service-driven environment
• A background in change management, process optimization, or implementing new tools and best practices

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% 

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Operations Manager, Travel & Meetings Services  is between $75,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
