The Opportunity:

The Operational Manager is responsible for supporting Program Managers by providing operational leadership, project coordination, and process oversight across client portfolio patient support program portfolios. This role ensures consistency in program execution, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, manages change initiatives, and drives continuous process improvement. The Operational Manager serves as a key liaison between the client and internal stakeholders, ensuring CRM projects, operational enhancements, training initiatives, and change requests are effectively communicated, coordinated, and implemented. The role is also responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, standardize best practices, and deliver meaningful insights that support both client objectives and program performance.

A Day in the Life (What you will do here):

  • Serve as a key operational partner to Portfolio Program Managers across all client programs.

  • Provide coordination and oversight of cross-portfolio initiatives to ensure consistency, alignment, and successful execution.

  • Support Program Managers in the planning, implementation, and communication of client-driven projects, process changes, and operational enhancements.

  • Ensure timely follow-up and execution of action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across portfolios.

  • Facilitate collaboration between Program Managers, Operations, Training, Quality, Technology, and Client teams to achieve program objectives.

  • Assist in developing operational strategies that support portfolio growth, client satisfaction, and program performance.

  • Identify common challenges and opportunities across portfolios and implement standardized solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.

  • Provide operational insights, reporting, and recommendations to support Program Managers in decision-making and client discussions.

  • Support governance activities, including meeting coordination, action tracking, project updates, and status reporting.

  • Act as a central point of coordination to ensure alignment of priorities, resources, and operational initiatives across all programs.

  • Other duties as assigned by your manager

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:

  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Health Science
  • 2-3 years of management experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical/pharma / healthcare industry
  • Previous involvement in managing healthcare or specialty drug programs is an asset
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of PSP
  • Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead and motivate team
  • Problem-Solving and analytical skills to identify and address challenges
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Experience in coordinating/managing projects
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly collaborative with effective and practical communication skills
  • Can work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
  • Collaborative with a positive disposition
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Platform
  • Comfortable in speaking with various levels of management
  • Bilingual: English and French an asset
