The Operations Coordinator acts as the key liaison between members and global medical and security teams, ensuring timely coordination of care, accurate information, and seamless support during critical situations.

 

    • Location: Spain
    • Working hours: 7 AM to 5 PM (staggered shifts) from Monday to Friday, included public holidays
    • Full training provided
    • Full remote position : you can work everywhere from Spain

We are looking for :

A new Operations Coordinator to join our team. 

In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our beneficiaries and our global network of medical and security professionals ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Responsabilities:

  • Support members with healthcare and security queries.
  • Coordinate medical appointments, authorise treatments, and manage policy claims.
  • Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

About you:

  • Strong organisational and critical thinking skills.
  • A natural, empathetic approach and passion for helping people.
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English required.
  • Customer service experience (contact centre or similar) is desirable.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and an appreciation for data protection.
  • Degree level, with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred.
