Operations Coordinator, Growth & Expansion

Full-Time | Remote

Position Details

  • Department: Catapult Learning
  • Reports To: Director of Operational Excellence
  • Location: Remote
  • Hours per week: 40

About the Role

As a Growth Operations Coordinator with Catapult Learning, you'll provide administrative and operational support for expansion-related activity, along with support for KPI tracking and process improvement initiatives.

You'll help streamline Dynamics data management, contract processing, proposal development, and weekly reporting cadences.

This is a remote, cross-territory role, partnering closely with field operations and the Director of Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Growth & Expansion Administration

  • Update and maintain Dynamics records tied to expansion activity, including general Dynamics tracking and data maintenance
  • Support proposal and presentation development, including drafting, formatting, and tracking submission deadlines
  • Support the contracting process — tracking that all required steps are completed, flagging potential delays, and loading related details into Ironclad

KPI & Process Improvement Support

  • Support ongoing process improvement initiatives across operations, including documentation, tracking, and coordination of implementation steps
  • Support the weekly operational KPI package — QA of figures before distribution, tracking follow-up on flagged items, and logging recurring data-quality issues

General

  • Provide general administrative support for other expansion- and operations-related tasks as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

How This Role Is Structured

  • This role provides administrative and coordination support across multiple territories
  • This role is designed to support operations leadership, rather than carry independent decision-making authority on growth strategy
  • Priorities are aligned to expansion activity and reporting cadences, which may shift throughout the year

Work Environment

  • This is a remote role, supporting territories across the organization
  • You'll work within existing Dynamics, Ironclad, and reporting systems, with support from the Director of Operational Excellence

How We'll Support You

  • Competitive pay based on experience and role
  • Training on Dynamics and internal reporting tools
  • Employee assistance program
  • Access to benefits for eligible employees

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with data entry and record accuracy
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills — able to track multi-step processes to completion
  • Experience supporting proposal, presentation, or document development (drafting/formatting in Word, PowerPoint, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with reporting/data tools at a QA level — checking figures for accuracy before distribution, spotting anomalies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently across multiple stakeholders/territories
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change, as responsibilities may shift over time
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) preferred

Pay Rate

Starting from USD $49,000.00/Yr.
Physical Requirements

This is a remote position and requires the ability to work effectively in a home office environment. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, including regular use of a keyboard, mouse, and phone/video conferencing tools. Occasional movement, lifting of light office materials, and other routine physical activities may be required.
