Work Details

• This is a remote, 6-month contract opportunity.
• You will be working U.S. shift hours.
• The role will involve a significant amount of hands-on data entry, data review, and quality assurance work.
• Compensation: USD 700-750

This role will support operational work related to neighborhood maps, including data preparation, quality assurance, and manual review.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational projects by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining data and related materials.
• Clean and prepare data files using Excel or Google Sheets, including using formulas, creating or deleting columns and rows, and standardizing data for upload. 
• Perform manual review and quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
• Work with tools such as Trello and HubSpot to organize contacts and operational workflows.
• Analyze performance data and compile results into clear reports and Google Slides.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure data and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in data entry, data operations, data processing, data analysis, or similar work.
• Very strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Experience with data entry, data processing, data cleaning, or similar operations work.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Comfortable performing detail-oriented and repetitive manual review while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
