We are seeking an organized, proactive Operations Associate to lead customer-facing implementation, deployment, and cross-functional initiatives for Purview. This role will focus on project planning, coordination, communication, risk management, and successful delivery across customers, internal teams, partners, and third-party vendors.

Role Overview

As a Operations Associate at Purview, you will own projects from initial discovery through planning, execution, launch, and closeout. You will establish clear scope and success criteria, maintain schedules and documentation, coordinate stakeholders, identify and manage risks, and keep teams aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

The Operations Associate will serve as a central point of coordination for customers and internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, and Sales. Success in this role requires strong organization, sound judgment, clear communication, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a formal project-management lifecycle—initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing—to manage customer implementation, deployment, internal improvement, and cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.

• Define project scope, requirements, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, risks, timelines, resources, and success criteria in partnership with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Perform technical assessments and planning activities, including evaluation of customer network, PACS, EMR, imaging archive, configuration, integration approach, dependencies, constraints, and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, customers, internal Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment, integration success, action-item ownership, and on-time delivery.

• Manage project risks, issues, changes, escalations, and change requests, bringing the right stakeholders together to resolve blockers, protect delivery timelines, and maintain customer confidence.

• Provide customer-facing technical leadership and clear, timely, audience-appropriate communication by clarifying integration scope, reporting status, managing issues, and keeping customers, leadership, project teams, and partners informed.

• Ensure compliance with applicable medical imaging and healthcare interoperability standards, including DICOM, HL7, FHIR, or other requirements, while supporting secure image and data handling and proper workflow integration with EMRs, RIS, PACS, and related systems.

• Manage data migration projects, including transfer of large imaging archives, metadata, and configuration data, while ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, appropriate documentation, validation, backups, and launch readiness.

• Deliver training, documentation, and post-go-live support, including configuration guides, integration specifications, runbooks, user training coordination, troubleshooting support, and handoff to the support team.

• Handle multiple concurrent projects by prioritizing, re-scheduling, balancing deliverables, refining templates and processes, documenting lessons learned, and adapting to changing customer requirements, business needs, or technical challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Required / Core

• Ability to manage both external customer projects and Purview product implementations, as well as internal operational, cross-functional, and process-improvement initiatives.

• Project management experience in software implementation, healthcare technology, SaaS, technical operations, or another delivery environment involving external customers and internal stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle for customer-facing and internal initiatives, including scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, changes, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for customers, leaders, internal teams, and cross-functional partners.

• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, facilitation, documentation, and follow-through skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent external and internal projects while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail in a changing environment.

• Customer-focused, accountable, and collaborative approach to problem solving, issue resolution, and decision making.

• Comfort partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, Operations, Sales, customers, and vendors to coordinate technical work without being the sole subject-matter expert.

Preferred

• Formal project management training or certification, such as PMP, CAPM, PMI coursework, or an equivalent credential.

• Experience managing technical integration, software deployment, API integration, configuration, or data migration projects.

• Experience coordinating technical discovery, requirements gathering, environment assessment, dependency tracking, and acceptance criteria.

• Working knowledge of medical imaging systems and workflows, including DICOM, PACS, VNA, RIS, image sharing, storage, and archive migration.

• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and secure healthcare data workflows, including HL7, FHIR, IHE, EMR integration, and related privacy or compliance considerations.

• Experience with imaging, EMR, veterinary practice, or archive platforms such as Epic, Ambra, ezyVet, PACS, VNAs, or similar systems.

• Experience coordinating network configuration, secure data transfer, cloud-based imaging systems, archive systems, or large imaging dataset migrations.

• Ability to support implementation documentation, integration specifications, runbooks, troubleshooting, data validation, go-live readiness, and post-launch handoff.

• Prior experience in healthcare, radiology IT, medical imaging, health IT, or another regulated technology environment.

Why Join HealthMark Group & Purview

• Contribute to a mission-driven organization improving access to medical information and supporting better patient care.

• Work with Purview Image and Expert View on real-world initiatives that support clinicians, radiologists, veterinarians, and other providers.

• Build broad cross-functional experience across project delivery, customer engagement, healthcare technology, and operational improvement.

• Engage directly with customers and partners while making a visible impact on successful adoption and long-term value.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team where ownership, initiative, and thoughtful project leadership are valued.
