An Operations Assistant sits between a team assistant and an operations manager. You're not a specialist. You're a generalist who moves fast, picks up context quickly, and applies good judgment across whatever the operations team needs most right now.

You'll work directly with the operations team of one of the fastest-growing US-based AI energy infrastructure companies. One week you're coordinating interviews for a recruiting sprint. The next you're processing invoices, chasing supplier quotes, or keeping a sales pipeline clean before quarter close. No two weeks are the same.

We train you on the tools and workflows that run world-class companies, then place you inside a high-performance operations team that needs hands they can trust.

This is a launchpad. Operations Assistants at top startups go on to become operations managers, team leads, and specialists in recruiting, finance, or procurement. You won't be pushing tickets in a silo. You'll see how one of the world's most ambitious companies gets built from the inside.

What you'll own

• Execute and close tasks delegated by the operations team. Fast, complete, no loose ends

• Recruiting support: interview scheduling, candidate communication, pipeline upkeep

• Finance support: invoice processing, expense tracking, payment preparation

• Sales support: CRM hygiene, offer preparation, follow-up coordination

• Procurement support: supplier research, quote comparisons, order tracking

• Documentation and process builds that make the whole team faster

• Whatever is the highest priority that week

Who this is for

• A generalist. You don't need a defined lane to do great work

• Sharp, driven, and honest. You flag problems early and always bring a solution

• Strong written and spoken English; you communicate clearly and professionally

• Curious about AI and how it's changing the way fast-moving companies operate

• Comfortable with ambiguity. You make good calls with limited context and don't wait to be told

• Recently graduated or early in your career and looking for the fastest path to real responsibility

What you get

• Monthly fee between €2,000 and €3,000 depending on seniority, experience, and performance

• Freelance contract (full-time engagement) with a long-term perspective and the option to convert to employment
