Salary: $72,283.20 - $100,759.30 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Balance project management (60%) and operational analytics (40%) by building implementation plans, tracking milestones, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

• Transform raw data into clear reports, dynamic dashboards, and key performance metrics to guide confident decision-making.

• Safeguard data integrity through rigorous validation and analysis, ensuring high-trust reporting across teams.

• Uncover operational risks, trends, and growth opportunities to deliver simple, strategic recommendations.

• Foster strong cross-functional partnerships through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and reliable execution.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Project Management Experience: Proven track record delivering complex projects.
• Critical Thinking & Autonomy: Decisive judgment with minimal supervision.
